Position tracking within a chosen date range has been simplified.
We’ve been working recently to make the day-to-day process of monitoring your even more simple. From now on, your website’s position statistics in the search engines will be shown from the last check. The data visible on the dashboard will be displayed from the previous review, too.
Additionally, the date range menu has been simplified. You will be able to display your current statistics as well as the results for the last three days, seven days, one month, and three months.
Update 07.06.2013
We have an important update to announce. The calendar view will be available again on the 11th of July. We received many messages from you in regard to our simplified date range view. Some of you preferred our previous version of the date range filter, though. Thanks for your feedback!
Date range and aggregation
A range aggregation specifically designed for dates. The major difference between this aggregation as well as the usual range aggregation is that the values from and to are expressed in Date Math expressions, and it is also possible to define an appropriate format for dates based on that the values for from as well as responses will return. This aggregation only includes theto
deal, but does not have the value to
amount for the ranges.
In the above example, we made two buckets for ranges. The first one will “bucket” all documents dated prior to 10 months ago, and the second bucket will “bucket” all records dated prior to 10 months ago.
Response:
If a format or a date value is not complete, the date range aggregation will replace any missing components using default values. See Missing date components.
Missing Values
Themissing
parameter determines the way that documents without an entry should be handled. They will, by default, be not considered, but it is possible to treat them as if they were missing some value. This is accomplished by introducing a set of field name: value mappings to define default values for each field.
